Day 1: Arrival – Grounding
Welcome to Papalina Resort
Your journey begins as you arrive at Papalina Resort and step into the calm rhythm of island life. Sip a welcome drink by the pool before gathering for a gentle welcome circle, set intentions for the week, and enjoy a short breathwork session to arrive fully in the present. Connect with fellow guests and feel the Adriatic breeze as the sun sets.

Day 2: Mindful SUP Experience– Clarity & Letting Go
Start the day with morning breathwork, setting the intention of clarity and letting go. After breakfast, enjoy a mindful SUP experience, moving with awareness over the crystal-clear waters, noticing your body and tuning into the rhythm of the sea. In the afternoon, a Body Scan session helps you settle into your body and absorb the morning’s experience. Local fine dining experience – taste of island Rab cuisine

Day 3: Old Town Discovery – Exploration & Lightness
Begin with morning breathwork, setting the intention of exploration and lightness. Wander through Rab’s medieval old town, climbing the bell tower, visit to the knight’s quarters, pausing at Café Banova Villa for mindful conversation and reflection.
